In an age marked by rapid change, uncertainty and mental overwhelm, many are searching for ways to reconnect with themselves and lead more fulfilling lives.
PSYCH-K, a transformational process that aims to change self-limiting beliefs at the subconscious level, is offering that opportunity – and it’s coming to Bairnsdale.
Local facilitator Christine Watts is inviting the public to a free community presentation on Monday, May 12, from 7.30pm to 8.30pm at Gippsland Lakes Yacht Club in Paynesville.
The session will introduce PSYCH-K and explore how it helps individuals align their subconscious beliefs with their conscious goals and desires.
Originally developed in 1988 by Rob Williams, PSYCH-K is designed to help people operate from a whole-brain state by balancing both hemispheres of the brain.
This, proponents say, leads to increased clarity, peace, creativity and resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
“Civilisation, as we know it, is in the process of making a monumental shift in human consciousness of which we are all playing a
part, consciously and subconsciously,”
Mr Williams said.
“Every aspect of our lives, both personal and professional, is being profoundly affected. Using PSYCH-K, you can help to positively direct this change. PSYCH-K allows you to quickly and painlessly change subconscious beliefs that are limiting the full expression of your potential in life, as a spiritual being having a human experience.
“This includes your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
“When you rewrite the software of your mind, you change the printout of your life.”
The method uses simple, verifiable processes – including muscle testing to uncover and transform long-held beliefs that may be limiting personal growth.
“So many of the beliefs we hold about ourselves and the world are shaped before the age of seven,” Christine Watts said.
“PSYCH-K offers a way to gently uncover those unconscious patterns and replace them with beliefs that support who we truly are.”
PSYCH-K sessions can be done in-person or virtually and are used to foster emotional well-being, clarity, creativity and a sense
of empowerment.
