Tristan Dooley has always had fond memories of his childhood split between Melbourne and W Tree.
He remembers, in particular, being taken by his grandmother to the Willow Cafe’ in Buchan as a young boy.
“I always loved Buchan and to come to this cafe’ when I was little and have scones with grandma was a delight,” Mr Dooley said.
Since then, the cafe’ has had many transformations, but fast forward to 2022 and the cafe’ has been rebirthed as the Willow Buchan Valley cafe’, now owned by Mr Dooley and his husband, Patrick Mongan.
