This week’s AFL Gippsland coach of the week is Bairnsdale Football Netball Club’s under 16 coach, Bryan Froud.
Originally from the Wy Yung Football Netball Club, Froud is currently doing an outstanding job building not only great young footballers, but great young people at the Redlegs.
A true family man, Froud is known for his calm presence, strong leadership and genuine care for his players.
He’s well respected across the entire Bairnsdale community, admired not just for his football knowledge, but for the way he leads by example and putting people first.
Froud’s ability to balance development, discipline and enjoyment has made him a key figure in the club’s junior program.
Whether it’s game day or training, he’s always there giving 100 per cent and encouraging his players to do the same.
