Ingredients
– 200 grams Dark Cooking Chocolate, melts or broken up
– 50 grams Mini Marshmallows
– ⅕ cup Almonds, sliced
– ⅕ cup Hazelnuts
– ⅕ cup Chopped Walnuts
– ⅕ cup Desiccated Coconut
Method
1. Place the chocolate in a large bowl and microwave for approx. 40 seconds, taking out to stir, and then another 30–40 seconds. As soon as it’s melted, add all the ingredients (excluding the coconut), one at a time, folding through each time to ensure everything is covered in chocolate.
2. Line a suitable dish/plate with baking paper, and take the chocolate mixture from the bowl. Spread it out fairly flat and wide, or shape it into a log on top of the baking paper. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut while it’s still soft. Place in the fridge to set for a couple of hours.
3. Break into smaller pieces (around 8–10 pieces) and store airtight in the fridge.
