The 2025 Victorian Bream Open will be staged in the magnificent Gippsland Lakes this Saturday and Sunday.
The event will start from the Metung Boat Ramp and will see some of Australia’s best anglers battle it out for the $5000 first prize.
It’s a boater-only tournament with a pre-fish ban currently on until first light this Friday, the start of pre-fish.
The event briefing will take place at the Metung Hotel on Friday, with the presentations at the same venue on Sunday immediately following the final score check.
The event is 100 per cent app based, with a five-fish bag limit per angler per session.
Rough weather may see trailering to other ramps within the arena permitted.
