Regional health services across East Gippsland will be upgraded, expanded and modernised.
Minister for Health, Mary-Anne Thomas, and Member for Eastern Victoria, Tom McIntosh, on Monday announced that a slew of projects will share in more than $70 million across rural and regional Victoria, through the State Government’s Regional Health Infrastructure Fund (RHIF).
As part of the major boost to the local health system, 19 projects across Gippsland will re-ceive a combined total of almost $3.5 million to upgrade facilities and provide additional services.
