Laneway3875 will come to life from 5pm this Saturday as the East Gippsland Winter Festival comes to its conclusion.
From 5pm all the action will begin as the laneway comes to life with a UV light dance party for the kids. Young adults are encouraged to take along their own glowsticks or purchase from a store onsite.
There will also be UV face paint and a snow machine. From 6pm live music will kick off with local music artist, Ashley Carmody, followed by the headline act, former X Factor star, Andrew Wishart.
Those attending will be able to enjoy a drink from one of the popup bars and street food from the onsite vans or choose to purchase from Northern Ground café who will be specifically providing food and beverages on the night. Entry is free and there will be plenty of opportunity to dance the night away in Bairnsdale’s unique Laneway3875.
Since the festival’s inception, Laneway3875 has been a popular event for the Bairnsdale community and local businesses to come together to celebrate over winter. Organisers are hoping this year’s crowd will be bigger and better than previous years.
