It was a good day at the courts for the Redlegs winning four of the five games.
In “A” grade the Redlegs were hoping to win their third game of the season, but it wasn’t to be with the Gulls proving too good in a fast-paced match, winning by 20 goals.
Best players for Bairnsdale were Alison Dwyer, Anna Mooney (22 goals) and Ruby Dunkley.
“C’ grade cemented a finals spot with a comfortable 18-goal victory over the Gulls.
It was a great team effort with the rolling sub providing opportunity for multiple midcourt changes allowing Bairnsdale to stay fresh and run out the game.
Kayla Neilson shot 30 goals, and was ably assisted by Georgia Cook and Emily Hall.
