Members of the Bairnsdale and District Ulysses Club recently gathered at Nyerimilang Heritage Park for a traditional Devonshire tea set against the backdrop of the historic homestead.
Staff catered for 35 club members, serving tea, coffee, scones and cakes using vintage tablecloths and antique china cups and saucers.
Following the morning tea, member Allan Pearce entertained the group with a performance on the homestead’s piano, treating attendees to a selection of Beatles classics and popular tunes.
Ulysses Bairnsdale branch president Graham Tarbit extended his thanks to the Nyerimilang team for delivering an exceptional experience and professional service.
The outing comes as Nyerimilang prepares for its next major event, the annual Blast from the Past festival, which will take place on Sunday, September 27, starting at 10am.
