Lindenow Junior Football Club recently held its presentation night at the Lindenow Recreation Reserve.
It was a successful season for the Cats who were victorious in the East Gippsland Junior Football Association under 15 grand final and finished runner-up in the under 13s.
More than 100 people were in attendance to celebrate a fantastic football season with awards presented, a meal shared and games recapped through the vote count, recognising players and members of the club.
All of the 24 players in the under 11 squad received a medallion for participation.
In the under 13s the best and fairest was taken out by Jack White, with Jack Kerslake runner-up. Most determined was awarded to Hayley Baxter, with Emilio Williams taking out the most consistent award.
In the under 15s, Titus Harrison was the recipient of the best and fairest with Tyrone Clifford runner-up. The most determined trophy went to Draven White, while the coach’s award winner was Des Hine.
Four players were presented with medals for reaching 50 games: Riley Hodge, Ryan Hine, Clancy and Arie Knott.
A special medallion was awarded to Titus Harrison who has played 125 games with Lindenow in the junior competition starting his football career way back when he was just eight.
The medallion was presented to him by life member Paul Carroll who recapped his impressive football career to date.
