Q2 - I keep active by walking and doing farm work. Pauline Q1 - To keep yourself fit. Prolong your life. Q2 - Play bowls and walk… and housework. Joan Q1 - Stimulates your mind. Q2 - Exercises and gardening. Suzanne Q1 - Mentally fit. Use it or lose it. Q2 - Gardening and walking. Anne Q1 - Keep the brain active. Q2 - Knitting and crochet, keeping my hands moving. Max Q1 - It’s very important, to be able to do things yourself (without assistance). Q2 - Gardening and walks. Alan Q1 - Keeping physically active helps to keep your mind active and that’s very important. Q2 - Staying a part of the local community sporting groups, I’m a life member of Lucknow footy club and for 20 years some time ago I was their timekeeper. As well as helping Pauline around the house, especially with the laundry. Pauline Q1 - It’s just vital, and after just turning 90 I think I have the right to say that.
