Lakes Entrance resident, Arthur Allen, campaigned for election on a platform of re-programming the East Gippsland Shire Council to adopt a ‘can do attitude’.

As the fourth elected councillor to the chamber, Cr Allen hasn’t shied away from putting into action his pre-election promise.
