Ring the bell, they’re ready to fight

The build up to Wildfighter Rnd 6 is almost over – Saturday is fight night.
Preparations are rounding up for a slew of fighters who have long been preparing to hit the ring and put on a show.
Eastcoast Boxing Club, under the guidance of Paul Carroll, has been as active as ever despite COVID restrictions with seven fighters lined up for bouts this weekend.
Blake Wells and Max Reeves are the major showcases in headline bouts against Lucas Miller and Ross Pearson respectively, but it is some lesser known fighters in the boxing fraternity who will be riding the wave of East Gippsland support.
Wy Yung footballer, Norm Betts, is one of those. The strongly built youngster is keen to put on a show having worked tirelessly over the past 10 weeks.

The event has around 100 tickets remaining, which must be purchased online. Promoter “Wild” Will Tomlinson said it’s going to be “epic”. (PS)
