Fifteen students from Swifts Creek P-12 College will take part in this year's Great Victorian Bike Ride over nine days from late November to early December.
The students, from years nine to 12 have been in training for the 500 kilometre events for the past few weeks.
Under the mentorship of teacher, Zach Barker, the three girls and nine boys, are feeling confident about the ride ahead.
Olivia Walker is in her final year of secondary school and "loves sports and the outdoors".
The 17-year-old from Bindi said she was "excited to be given the opportunity" to compete in the famous ride.
