The Bairnsdale Australia Day celebrations on Sunday, January 26, was run by the Bairnsdale Classic Car Club members and was a resounding success.
More than 250 people came along and enjoyed the entertainment, guest speakers and the awards given out to the deserving citizens of Bairnsdale.
Car club president Grover Hurle thanked everyone involved on the day and those who attended, especially those receiving the awards for their participation in making Bairnsdale a better place.
The substantial money raised from the donations from the community went to Bairnsdale Neighbourhood House.
