Bairnsdale Field and Game member Jason Corbett has put in a polished effort in an event in Canada over the weekend.
Corbett finished second in the 100-target preliminary event and 100-target five stand event at the Eighth ICTSF World English sporting championships being held at Wapiti Shooters Club in Alberta.
Corbett teamed up with Robert Yeo
and John Younger to finish first in the teams event.
The team now heads to Signes, France, to compete in 21st World Compak Sporting Championship.
