Tambo Field and Game hosted its first shoot last weekend after the winter break. Though hindered by the cool, nothing stopped all 39 shooters taking part on the day.
Among the winners was Cooper White who took out the juniors from Zaeln Lynch and Nick O’Kelly.
In “C” grade Stuart Simmons was victorious from Simon Bastin and Kristy Leadoux, while in “B” grade Maddi Graske proved too good for Sam Samuels and Kryston Hardy.
One of the more competitive grades was “A” grade, with victory to James Fisicaro closely followed by Lina Scionti and Karl Hales.
In “AA” Mark Leadoux and Frank Bagnato tied for first place after shooting off, Mark taking home first prize and also the overall high gun with a score of 46/60.
The next shoot will be Swifts Creek versus Mornington on Sunday, September 28.
