AFL Victoria’s Lead Your Way program is now accepting applications, offering a fantastic opportunity for women and girls across Gippsland to strengthen their leadership skills and grow their confidence within community football.
Designed to support emerging female leaders, Lead Your Way provides access to industry facilitators, personal development workshops, mentoring opportunities and practical tools to help participants step into influential roles both on and off the field.
Women involved in community football clubs and umpire associations are encouraged to apply.
