The top three sides in Omeo district netball went on their winning way in round 11 action last Saturday.
“A” grade ladder leader Swan Reach was too good for cellar dweller, Buchan, winning by 38 goals.
Second-ranked Omeo Benambra was just as impressive, eclipsing Swifts Creek by 51 goals.
Sophie Ahsam, Natalie Mitchell and Martine Plowman were all in great form for the Alpine Ranges, while Halle Jackson, Evie Walker and Sarah O’Brien all battled hard for the Demons.
In the closest game of the round, third-placed Lindenow South established an early lead with Tash Fehst unstoppable under the ring, eventually beating Bruthen by 12 goals.
Kathy Whittingham and Jae Grumley led the way for the Swampies.
There is a competition bye in the Omeo and District Football Netball League this week.
