Coaches have been locked in, players signed and resigned, while clubs have celebrated their past season with awards nights and special presentations.
Life membership is the highest honour a football club can bestow on a member, reserved for those who have made a mark on the club’s history.
Lindenow South Football Netball Club recently bestowed the honour on Noel Jansz, who has left an indelible impression. Jansz has achieved a remarkable eight club best and fairest awards and multiple league best and fairest honours. (PS)EAST FREMANTLE: East Fremantle Football Club has announced Adrian Bromage has been appointed to the role of general manager football operations. Bromage, a former East Fremantle premiership player, brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the Sharks. Bromage’s career in football is both extensive and impressive. As an experienced football development manager through his time at AFL Victoria, he has excelled in areas such as coaching, club and league development, talent identification and academies, as well as fan engagement and diversity initiatives. Bromage played for the Sharks from 1996-1998, winning both the Sandover and Simpson Medals in the Sharks’ 1998 premiership campaign.
