Mountain Bike East Gippsland will host its annual general meeting (AGM) and a social day at Mount Taylor on Sunday, August 3, from 10am-3pm.
It’s a great opportunity to join like-minded folks for a great day with Mountain Biking East Gippsland as they celebrate their achievements, enjoy some trail time together and shape the club’s future.
The day will kick things off with a catch-up (10am), a casual lap or two, followed by a free barbecue lunch (12.30pm) and the AGM (1.30pm) beginning.
The AGM marks a fresh start, with the club inviting enthusiastic members to help lead the club into its next chapter.
All committee roles will be vacated in accordance with the rules of incorporation and they are looking to fill the following positions: president, vice president, secretary, treasurer and up to seven general committee member spots.
If you are interested but unsure about committing to a role, you could share a position with someone or contribute your skills in other meaningful ways.
