Purpose-built in 2023, the Hub offers a fully fitted commercial kitchen and food premises, retail and office space, large function rooms, an amphitheatre and stage, and an expansive deck overlooking the water. It is a ready-to-go facility designed to attract both locals and visitors year-round.
Mayor Cr John White said the Hub has been a game-changer for Eagle Point and an opportunity to operate a place like this is rare.
“This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a growing community and run a venue in a spectacular location. We want to see the Hub buzzing – with great food, events, and experiences that reflect the beauty and character of the region,” Cr White said.

The anticipated lease start date is November 1.
