Bairnsdale Field and Game recently held its November shoot, with 72 competitors in attendance facing intermittent showers
and ever-changing gusty winds.
The High Gun winner in 100-target event was the consistent Jason Corbett.
Other winners included Daryl Fleming (“AA”), Justin Van Putten (“A”), Jamie Davis (“B”), John Doyle (“C”), Maddi Graske (ladies), Bushrat Lyndon (veterans), Caleb Grizic (sub juniors) and Zaeln Lynch (juniors).
In the 50-target event, Mark Howard was the winner from Brett Grumley and Nic Shanahan.
The club is grateful for the support of those who travelled to make it to the shoot an outstanding success and the volunteers that make their time available to set up and run the shoots, maintain the grounds and run Friday practice etc.
Practice is currently being held every Friday from 3pm, weather permitting, with the next shoot to be conducted today.
