To celebrate World Scouts Day today, Bairnsdale Joeys this week visited the Bairnsdale Advertiser office for a guided tour.
James Yeates managing director, Bob Yeates, took the 12 Joeys and their leaders through the office, detailing the different departments which help put the newspaper and printing jobs together.
The group enjoyed pizza in the boardroom before being show the impressive printing press.
Today, Scouts from around the world are celebrating World Scout Day.
This special day allows them to express their pride in Scouting by wearing their scarves. It’s also an opportunity for them to reflect on the impact Scouting has on their lives and the positive changes it brings to communities.
