Wy Yung remains unbeaten in the East Gippsland Junior Football Association under 13 and 15 competitions after eight rounds.
There were only two games this week in the under 15s with third-placed Bairnsdale and fourth-placed Lindenow both big winners.
The Cats celebrated a 50-point victory over Lucknow, seeing them leapfrog Orbost Snowy Rovers on the table.
Titus Harrison kicked four goals for Lindenow, with Vincent Harrison and Malakai Hood-Marks both contributing three.
Best players for the Cats were Hood-Marks, Hunter Crane, Vincent Harrison, Draven White, Tyrone Clifford and Cody Perdon, while the Magpies were well served by Jeremy Knights, Jeremy Morton, Blade Connelly, Tanner Croucher, Kaydin Mort and Es O’Reilly.
Bairnsdale defeated Orbost Snowy Rovers by 46 points, the Redlegs piling on nine goals to two in the second half to put the game beyond doubt.
Bailey Lieuwen kicked three goals for the Redlegs and was joined in the best by Bailey Angus Tanner, Rahja Enzinger, Oscar Baylis, Archer Crawley and Harper Clack.
Among the best for Orbost was Cooper Findley, Jarrah Morrison, Mitch Herbert, Daniel Martin and Lukas Kempff, with Zane Holley kicking three goals.
UNDER 13
The winners in the under 13s this week were Lucknow, Wy Yung and Orbost Snowy Rovers.
Wy Yung defeated Paynesville by five goals, with Hunter Axford, Darcy Richards, Caleb Morrison, Jett Beams and Archer Anderson all in outstanding form for the Tigers, while Xavian Dickson, Kohan Riley, Flynn Mckenzie and Molly Storer all battled hard for the Gulls.
Third-placed Lucknow moved onto the same points as second-placed Lindenow when they defeated them by 14 points on Sunday.
Good players for the Cats were Fletcher Watt, Cooper Jansz, Levi Trinder, Jordyn Mamo, Izieaha Cook (three goals) and Tate Aumann, while Alex Walker, Arthur Hood, Hayley Baxter, Tom May, Cru Musselwhite and Mason Irish were all solid for the Cats.
Three goals in the third quarter from Orbost Snowy Rovers was enough for it to get over the line by 15 points over Bairnsdale.
Hunter Findley, Mitch Herbert, Jacque Renaut, Gemma Geer and Jemma Martin led the way for the Blues, with Liam Richards, Meika Brodribb, Jaike Savory, Reuben McInnes, Guillermo Zevallos Fortunic and Maddie Evans all solid contributors for the Redlegs.

The East Gippsland Junior Football Association will enjoy a bye this week for the King’s Birthday long weekend, with play resuming on June 16 with Wy Yung taking on Bairnsdale, Lucknow facing Lakes Entrance, Orbost Snowy Rovers battling Lindenow and Paynesville having the bye.
