The Bairnsdale Field and Game Association November competition attracted 99 competitors, with the overall handicap winner being veteran Barry Moss.
The winners over the 75-target graded events were Justin Nicholls (“AA” grade), Andrew Jorgensen (“A” grade), Mat Ward (“B” grade), Craig Chase (“C” grade), Mitchell Nicholls (juniors), Jack O’Reilly (sub juniors), Lina Scionti (ladies) and Bushrat Lyndon (veterans).
Justin Nicholls had a great day, shooting a straight 25.
In the 50-target open handicap event, Nic Shanahan finished ahead of Joshua Jeffrey and Norm Elliott.
The club grateful for the participants who travelled vast distance to participate in the event.
Again the event was well run by a great team of volunteers that make their time available to set up and run the shoots and maintain the grounds.
These people are the lifeblood of the club and they could always do with additional help if people have any spare some time.
The club currently has practice sessions every Friday from 3pm weather permitting, with the next competitive event, a 50-target divisional on Sunday.
