AJ Freeman Reserve in Paynesville is turning pink this Sunday for a McGrath Foundation Pink Stumps Day.
It’s an opportunity for cricket fans and non-cricket fans to head along
and support a fantastic cause while enjoying a day of cricket, community and fundraising.
Both ovals will feature an entertaining game of competitive local women’s cricket, starting from 1pm.
Paynesville White and Paynesville Blue will square off on the Paynesville turf with Lucknow and Metung Swan Reach doing battle on the synthetic wicket.
The bar will be open, barbecue cooking and plenty of raffle tickets available to be purchased, with amazing prizes.
Every dollar raised goes towards supporting families facing breast cancer.
It’s an opportunity to come together, paint the town pink and make a difference.
